This course is designed for those in leadership position in a nursery or childcare setting. Job roles/titles that are suitable for this qualification included but are not limited to -
-Room Leader
-Deputy Manager
-Senior Practitioner
-Early Years Coordinator
-Senior Key Worker
Students who undertake this qualification would typically be heavily involved and in a leadership role within a childcare setting interacting with children of a variety of ages as well as families, other practitioners and external agencies also. As an active practitioner you will ideally be involved in day to day running of a practice at an operational level and being able to oversee and delegate to other members of staff.
Students who complete this qualification will receive a certificate detailing their completion of the Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 qualification as well as the units that the student will have achieved.
Students will be allocated a tutor to assist them during the program via monthly meeting with reviews taking place. They will also have access to an online learning platform that they will be able to submit their work and monitor their progress and feedback from their tutor.
