Welcome, Ethar Elfadli who starts her employment journey with Sutton Coldfield Training.
"Ever since i was young, i've wanted to do a hundred different things, from doctor to police woman to being a TV presenter. Throughout this, one consistent ambition has always been to go to university, as i love learning and value education deeply. However theres no denying that there are many faults in the education system in the sense that students are not well equipped with the appropriate skillset for the future. I personally found myself in a position where i had no idea what i was good at or what i actually wanted to do at all. This led to delay going to university and undertake an apprenticeship. This will allow me to explore the working world, develop my skills and discover my strengths and weaknesses, from here i can choose to commit to a path based on what i know i am good at and most importantly enjoy. I have many hopes for the next twelve months; i hope to make meaningful connections, learn from the pool of experience around me, build and strengthen my skillset and improve my weaknesses in order to have a solid foundation for any path i may choose to take."
